petmiss, I presume they'll get the permits. Perhaps they got an extension? I only saw all of this the other day, just hunting around for any info on MOY, but it is really an essential thing, imo- the licences. As soon as they come through, it's business as usual for MOY. Until then, I don't know if much can happen here.
