"...the issue of Additional New Shares and New Options under the Shortfall Offer to Directors or their respective nominees will be limited to an aggregate of 50 million Additional New Shares, at an aggregate issue price of $200,000, and 50 million New Options, and will be subject to and conditional on Shareholder approval for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 10.11 and compliance with all applicable laws."
