Are readers then supposed to form the view that you think AM is underpaid?

If so, based on what? Is it based on where the SP has gone during the year, the missed dates and the 'free flowing news' put out to the market during this period? The bloke earned $300K last financial year. It's not like he didn't get renumerated enough to find time to inform shareholders better than he did.

It's my view that to say "sure there has been a communication problem" is SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERPLAYING the past 12 months. Surely! And how do we know it has been rectified? All we have is a couple of people (Motboy and Kiril - whom I believe) telling a small percentage of the shareholder base who read Hot Copper, what official ASX Releases are supposed to be for to tell the 'entire' shareholder base and the market at large!

If you think it's naïve for people to expect a far higher level of communication than has been forthcoming throughout 2013, then I reckon you are the most easily pleased player the stock market has ever seen.

The 'skin' or 'no skin' tactic is just plain childish. By all means comment on the points I raise. But they aren't more or less valid simply because I may, or may not hold less shares than you. Maybe I hold more. If I do - so what!

Oh, and given the bulk of those performance shares were agreed to back in 2012 with the public having been given expectation that drilling would have long previously commenced, with what has gone on, or more to the point, not gone on since, maybe they'd consider handing some back.

This company has definite potential - still. But why you feel the need to gloss over much of the past 12 months strikes me as though you are playing the man (me) and not the ball.

And if AM now begins to not only reply to individual holders emails AND improve the clarity of his ASX releases, please don't be so naïve as to congratulate him for simply doing his job.
