Hi BR,

I have not read that announcement for a while but I am pretty sure IK took a paycut for the 2013 year in order to acquire/pay for the the 3 Million MNMOA and negotiate the performance related bonuses.

As far as I know, he has not been rewarded any cash for any of the 4 KPI's for 2013. We were not even told what the 4 KPI's were/are so I assume he is still working towards them??

I will try did up the announcement later if I get time. Bottom line is IK was not given the 3 million MNMOA but he has 3 million MNMOA and he will be wanting them in the money not only for his benefit but for the benefit of MNM's cash position
