Frank - It's very normal for big lines to cross....especially in market with ACL liquidity. It's a breast sign that the trades are being crossed at a premium, means a buyer is seek in liquidity, not a seller. Also unlikely to be just one buyer....price impact has been too great for an institution. Could be moire than one, or somebody trying to get set very quickly for tactical reasons and is willing to wear a high cost for expediency.
Unlikely to be shifting between accounts of the same entity.
