What for me is the grey area is that of compensating who, from where and how. Each of has a certain number of shares now, but we all got them at different stages and prices.
My original investment was a few years ago. I did ok over the couple of years short selling and upping my number of shares. Occasionally buying other stock too but I would say there was prob never a moment where I didn't have any RED in that period. So any compensation, is it based on any number of shares held right now, number of shared held on a certain date that any particular announcement was made, or based on total initial investment. Working out what my total investment in RED in particular is would be a nightmare, as in those interim trades I sometimes lost and sometimes won.
Secondly, surely any persons capable of being claimed against, if that was the course being taken would be running for South America now to find a good bank manager. So wouldn't a positive outcome here only result in persons being fined and/ or incarcerated?
