here we come 2c , by the way the sp is going , they will need to do a RI at 2c imo , so thats what they meant by minimal dilution ??? (dilution on a very week SP hahaha ) well done management . imo i am sure this will look good on their resumes , when they are looking to manage a new company in the public forum . maybe not so much in any western country , but i am sure some third world country imo wont mind .
