Did Ord state why they decreased their estimate by so much since March 2013 ?
Since March 2013 the mineralisation has been extended and there was infill drilling so that the high grade mineralisation could be included. So I am surprised that the new estimate is so much below their previous estimate.
In the ASX announcement of the 14/03/2013: John Anderson, Managing Director said: “Further drilling is planned over the next two months to enable the high-grade mineralisation currently identified to be included in the maiden Inferred Mineral Resource, expected in the September quarter of 2013.’
If the high grade mineralisation is treated as an outlier then my estimate of 43.5m oz Ag will be far too high.
