The ASX is not only useless it actively encourages this sort
of legal larceny in order to make a profit from such blatantly unethical practices . ASIC is a joke and its creation has placed hundreds of thousands of investors in financial ruin from its inception. One ting that I continually hear on this thread regarding CDU is that only has a small percentage of stock available for shorting . It does not matter how much stock is used for short selling ,it is how and when this practice is used strategically , to create panic and uncertainty that can unquestionable have an enormous psychological effect .
