So RHsurfer is criticizing the 'research patterns' of Credit Suisse?
The 'research patterns' of Tobyjack and Duke would require us to studiously ignore the hard data in formal ASX announcements, involving such inconsequential details as:
- Resource size
- Resource grade
- Analyst reports on impurities
- Metallurgical processing studies
If Credit Suisse were to ignore this information, as RHsurfer is apparently suggesting, then there might indeed be grounds for litigation!
