at this point, im not interested in removing any of the directors, however, you should know (as per our constitution), we currently have a spare seat. might as well fill it. what is the harm? hasn't it crossed your mind that maybe the current board are a little to cosy?

as for the executives supporting the board, isn't that par for the course? im sure the bod had the full (public) support of the executive in the period prior to closing the atc trial.....

u will note, I didn't encourage or fuel the fire regarding kirksters removal. im happy for him to stay.... I just think he needs some help (naturally you don't). other than ego, its hard to find company shareholders more frustrated than the avx ones.

as you would be aware, with the current AUD v USD depreciation, this coal thing will cost around 15% more than anticipated. you would think someone from an accounting background may have parked significant funds in a us based bank account to capture this benefit. what's the chances this occurred? further, the additional 4% stake in the project is insignificant considering the currency depreciation. they should have hit them up for an additional 15%. who do you thing arranged this deal anyway kirks? me doubts it....... more like mr l.
