You can't have been watching too closely if you are taking what meercat says as gospel.

After the current offer is completed (if fully subscribed) there will be 3,852,603,210 shares on issue (up from 3,502,366,555).

After the current offer is completed (if fully subscribed) there will be 2,604,138,190 options on issue.

Add those two figures together and you get meercat’s number.

However of those options 64% are expiring on 2 December 2013 @ $0.02 (unlikely to convert), 11% are subject to shareholder approval (no guarantee they will be approved) and 13% are the options relating to the offer (may or may not be fully subscribed).

The rest of the options expire between 25 September 2014 and 29 August 2015, some @ $0.03 and the rest @ $0.01, in all case higher than the current price.
