IK/MNM were not at liberty to say anything re the MtM tenement as they did not have ownership of it at the time and it was in court...
...they could only announce once they had won the court battle, which they did and did so immediately...
...and the issue re the NP was a non-issue as it was only "potential", because the wonderful state Labor party desperately clinging to power in Qld tried to pull as many Green votes as they could be announcing a "green corridor" policy.
This never eventuated and the NP issue is gonski.
Unfortunately, the market got spooked and sold off...look what happened to MMS when Krudd did similar re FBT and they are still suffering even though that FBT issue has been put to bed.
I can assure you that things are progressing in MtM and the steps in progressing that project are being taken deliberately albeit slowly.
Ever asked yourself why Calcifer originally sold the MtM tenement and then fought so hard for 4 years to win it back???
Personally, I believe that IK handled the matter according to his judiciary obligations as a MD of an ASX listed entity.
