If this is the case the directors need shooting! Fancy allowing Newmont to take their shares out of Escow 2 months early and allow this to happen. I know that the OXR directors do not want this but if they have allowed this to happen by the above actions then they are absolute fools. I can tell you that this will be a travesty as OXR is being thrown money by the banks to just go out and buy something. Sepon and Golden Grove are rolling in cash! Newmonts sale of GG at $285M will go down as the best deal for a company ever. GG will probably earn $80M to $100M in 2006. Read the zinc story. Zinc refiners are actually paying GG to ship their product to them! GG also produces 3.5M oz silver. read the silver story. We know the copper story already and suspect it will fall in 2006.
