I think you are spot on Kranky. These LIB governments will have their business background powerbrokers in their ears telling them to pick the guys that can and will get the BC Pilbara off the ground. They will pick the candidates that have spent tens of millions on pilots and research, can spend a hundred million on a cdp and resaerch, can spend a billion or two on capex of a plant that outputs ten million tpa plus of bce for export and be able to chip in some big $$$ for rail, pipeline and port infrastructure.
