Yeh PB. As I have said a few times. Markets are at highs and if I was a smartie running the show I would be looking to get SPs down lower for trade back up.
Now we have perfect scenario offered up with debt ceiling and US shutdown. If I was cashed up evil genius I would pull the lever.
Just in time for a xmas rally from new lows.
But obviously pure speculation on my part. hehehehehe
