Apologies for being off-forum over the past few days. I have been working with a specialist in Sydney on the technical information for the RRC. We are a few days away from having it completely nailed and at that time we will distribute the files so that the Club members can see for themselves.
The 'infinite storage' you refer to requires a raft of new permits, a full pre-feasibility or feasibility design and the acceptance of the at least two layers of local government (plus a whole lot more). Since none of these are available to RED (or else they would gleefully announce them) its called a 'concept'.
I don't know how people define the word 'definite' but the path ahead would seem to be at the other end of the scale.
