If I had a $3 lotto ticket that could win $1 million. What would the market value my ticket at? If anyone wanted a $3 lotto ticket they could buy their own so if I wanted to sell my lotto ticket I would have to sell for less than $3, not somewhere between $3 and $1 million.

Today's market values AVB at less than $100 million not $7 billion.

$70 million buys 70% of AVB and inturn 70% of the profits.
We wouldn't be in this situation if AVB had $50 million in the bank. We don't.
