re: copper back over $2 No use asking me how much S&G might claim against the Dirstors & the Company but I do know that our Balance Sheet does not reflect our market cap. & at the end of the day it's the B/S that has to finance any successful claim.
However I still can't accept there will be a successful outcome for S&G if they do indeed proceed with a trial.
But you can't expect institutional investors to be putting their money into this stock until this matter is resolved.
