I don't think your going to die wondering, as much as they couldn't say to jzed that they will or won't announce anything pre-AGM my personal feeling is they will. It is a big date on the corporate calendar after all going into it with your pants down KR would be lucky to leave in one piece. 4 months has passed since the $64m funding would be concluded 'shortly' so I'd be pretty mystified if it wasn't done by AGM.

To add to UG's list they imply Port Access Is not an issue in the last quarterly etc. I definitely read that somewhere.

The lawyers would be them pushing ahead with their agenda against the roadblocks but at least that gives them a clear run once they get the cash.
