I didn't need to 'trawl' through the annual report to find the information you evidently had so much difficulty in finding. And amazingly, it was so easy to find,even a first grader could have done it, even with one eye closed, and a patch on the other. What a surprise!
And I was pleased to see that the new Board is taking a more cautionary approach to Directors and Executives' entitlements. That should have been clearly evident, and was worthy of comment.
