The share price does not move upwards because every time that it does move up a little the bots come in, jump the queue with trades at a mid point, continue to trade there until someone takes the bait and sells the price goes down a tick, accumulate large amounts at the lower price, rinse and repeat.

Somebody is accumulating a lot IMO - I don't know who and I don't know what their plans are, but once they have done what they are doing I do believe the price will go north appreciably.

As DrDann has said PSI it seems a tad odd that you think the SP is at fair value, the company does not pay dividends, yet you hold??
