One amazing thing about all of this matter with RED is that they haven’t bothered to even try to refute any of it openly by getting an ASX Announcement out to the market. That’s because all of the information about what has happened, the timeline, the rules, the permits and everything else is absolutely on the mark. Pity RED couldn’t even try to put up a fight. But then again, if you know you will lose, what’s the point?

What will be interesting is getting a copy of the share registry AFTER the GM if the resolutions are successful.

The Recovery Club is a growing group of shareholders from every state in Australia that have decided to make a claim against RED on many grounds that can easily be tested. There is much that cannot be divulged on HC that we share amongst ourselves. If RED fails the group will claim against the Directors Insurance and the personal wealth of each Director. That total has been estimated at $25m. If RED secures the money through a successful vote for the resolutions then the money will also come from the company for a total of approximately $50m (after RED debt reduction and expenses).
