Labour is cheap in Vietnam, he didn't tell me how much he has to pay for each employee.
Personally you can google Vietnam and the GDP per capita is about $1,300 USD i think.
Given developers in Vietnam might earn higher income than average, i guess it might cost MBE around $5k-$10k to employ a top gun.
In Australia, it can easily cost you more than $100k each.
