With all the alleged "clear evidence" necessitating legal action why doesn't someone engage one of these firms to take it up to NXS, won't cost you a cent as they will take their cut of the win, all you have to do is outline the issues and they will prove it up.
The old saying is appropriate - money talks bull faeces walks - so who's gonna do it????, who risks being laughed at???
