Its probably not announced since it is a common issue at this time of year with the weather the way it is. Also better not to give shorters an exuse to play games.
I have a some questions for anyone with a good grasp on issues with drilling.
Neon is liable for 25% of costs. But what happens when drilling is extended due to issues such as weather. Is the rent flat no matter what the case? Is there insurance taken where things may happen that blow out costs? ( I'm guessing unlikely) And also how long do we have the drill for, is there a time frame that must be met?
Finally what is the cash burn rate for NEN where drilling is delayed?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
