It's funny when people say we've been drilling this deposit for this many years and blah blah.. poor management! I'm not sure if it's the case with IVR management, but think of it from their perspective. 3-4years on the job at what? 350K a year for the CEO? and however much for the directors/expo managers. Pretty good number don't ya think? Even if it goes on for another 5 years and never becomes a mine, those top heads will still walk away with a F$#k load of cash in their pocket...much more than individual investors can say for themselves. Be careful with small exploration companies.
