Routine rigrate for the J/U rig should b ~US170k/day as per the Ensco fleet status report & then there's other costs, consumables, long lead items (casing pipe, mud), sub contractors etc.

The Merc will b slightly expensive, as its a different beast (semi-sub), however I think the blk 120 well should b a real fast one (3 wks max for drilling) when it happens as its a relatively shallow well.
