Hi all, newbie here who recently purchased small number of shares with LCM.
Interested to see what your take on the companies proposal for 10% placement facility is (being decided at next AGM). Being new to everything share market I am on a bit of a learning curve and would appreciate insights from those more experienced.
It seems that with approval of such a facility there are possibility of 'dilution' of shareholders voting power and or share price. Apart from not understanding what dilution means, I guess I am trying to figure out the implications of such a proposal for the company and for it's shareholders?
Any insight appreciated.
