There will always be competitors no matter what segment of the market you are in, the key thing is to stay ahead in terms of product quality, service standards, marketing and cost minimisation. In this regard NEA has nothing to fear at this time from Landgate IMHO.
As we have seen with SEEK, REALESTATE, CARSALES,AMAZON etc etc it is the first mover advantage that generally prevails.
