I doubt a t/o by Ansteel. And if they did do it, I doubt they could get away with it as cheap as double the current share price. I'm hoping the bounce is more KML issue resolution progress related. But we have seen bounces before in the last 5 months only for the stock to trace slowly back to around the 12c mark.
