You could not vote for the NEW Board (Glenda, Mick and Stewart Glenn)their names did NOT appear on the Proxy Form you have previously submitted.
"Your secure access information number is" halfway down on the right hand side of the Proxy Form - just above where your HIN appears.
Your vote MUST be in by the end of next week.
