re: Ann: AJ Lucas Restructures its Loan Facil... 15% interest rate is terrible - why would you borrow at that rate unless you were totally desperate? The underlying investment needs to double in value every 6 years to cover the interest pretty much, and there are not many investments that can reliably do that.
You can get a big 4 credit card at 13.99% - lol.
