Checked the outstanding shorts and appears to be steadily increasing again

initially down from 23mil in August to around 17mil and then rising again. No sitting on 19mil.

We might be locked in to a bit of game until the next positive anouncement.

May have been some covering today though, confirmation tomorrow hopfully.
