Also he mentioned the long hold up was related to opening the bank account and that it was better to renew the deal as it would have meant starting to pay interest a lot earlier, I didnt fully understand this bit but sounded a technicality to optimise the due process

HE raised this with me without me asking the question so its seemed to me that this was a real block to the process moving forward, must have been a real head ache getting the account opened.

He also sounded like they really want this project to get off the ground and to succeed, not just for them alone but for the many involved

I guess the price has been manipulated down since the last report
