    I didn't see any reference to whether there will be a resolution for COK shareholders to approve the BWD takeover, but if there is I will be voting against it. We don't need any more crappy tenements and it adds no real value to COK. COK already has massive resources, reserves and a whole pipeline of projects - take a look at Page 15 of the presentation (p17 of the pdf) and tell me what BWD possible brings to the table. It's just more dilution.

    Obviously, my vote won't make a difference as I suspect the big holders will vote in favour, but oh well.

    There will also be a 10:1 consolidation I reckon. We will have 4 billion shares by the time this whole sorry issue is played out.
