Yeah. Total joke. I thought $35-$45 range which personally i would have accepted though I accept many still wouldnt have. At least it has minimal conditions, meaning it is up to each individual holder to take it or leave it and doesn't required an all-for-one approach. Some may very well accept which will increase the equity of the remaining PXUPA and increase NTA of PPX. So both will win.

Dont expect many to accept but their are always a few like out of the money options. People that just dont understand. Or people that really see the benefit.

I dont see any negotiation coming. But I do see them trying this kind of offer in the future. Each time mopping up a few more. And hopefully at ever increasing conversin price.
