What you might or might not know, is that he also stepped down from his role as CEO of Pharmaxis in March 2013

These two events can't be pure coincidence and leads me to believe that he just feels like retiring and getting away from it all or just isn't fit to be on the board of companies anymore. The reason is irrelevant. But I highly doubt he's leaving because the company is going under due to some fabricated trouble from a single poster on Hot Copper!

PS. Looking at your previous posts, you have only posted on PAB in the last few months, with a few "we're sinking statements coupled with positive support." I'm not accusing anyone of anything, including trying to make money off other posters, but it looks extremely dodgy!
