    Pennypincher I'm not sure I'm following what your saying.

    The European Investors were brought in so we have $1.5m in the bank that we needed to fulfill condition of GRES loan. This is because if you look at cash flow we didn't have enough money to fulfill this condition. Thus it makes sense that once we get the money from the European investors then we will have fulfilled the condition of loan and GRES will provided us the bank guarantee.
    Crimea energy is a subsidiary of Aleator.
    Or did I just completely miss the point of your post?
