Just got back from a days sailing so missed all the news just catching up on the threads - Agree monumental achievement to borrow a 100 gorillas without a BFS , but we do have a director on board at CDU and at Minsheng and If memory serves me correctly our other director Mr Ma was also a former director at Minsheng.

We havent seen the fine print but I expect they will get first mortgage security over the rocklands project so W.M has gone all in on the river card now with Chinese - Hopefully the yanks wont pull another black swan on the world - I remember vividly what happened to OZL in the GFC - they were still profitable but the banks made them fire sale the assets to Minmetals and all they were left with was prominent hill.

Kudos W.M huge achievement.
