I guess there is no doubt where your feelings lay.
Just being the 'Devil's Advocate'... is there a middle path
that won't polarise the shareholders?
For example..could two of the current board members stand down
and two of the challengers replace them in a blended board ?(Glenda the Blender?)
This might stop the (un)civil war and perhaps create a refreshed board that represents both sides of the current standoff?
