    Imagine what a 10% cut to wages above say $150k and a 5% cut to wages between say $50-149k could do for Australia's productivity.


    I think a wage cut may increase profits

    as for productivity, imo, it is all about working harder or having a sense of shared responsibility

    Imagine what a sense of shared responsibility could do for Australia's productivity, such as as employers paying a base wage plus profit sharing bonuses?
