Perhaps you'd be good enough to give your back of the envelope figures on how you think the possible acquisition will play out.
Nothing too detailed, perhaps just the guestimate cost of the deal, how many shares required to pay for the deal (either cap raising or scrip), the potential profit and finally the new market cap post acquisition.
I think I've seen figures of Deals Direct revenue of around $60 million per year, if that's any help to you.
