Some people with long senior management experience in other biotech stocks and strong expertise in biotechnology have been buying this stock up in big licks.
Big vote of confidence IMO.
With the Fast Track announcement accompanying the CR in the Trading Halt, a retest of .115 on relisting will surprise.
