So it's not necessarily a bad thing... It seems that all to often the answer in life is 'it depends'.
I just thought it a little concerning that the 10% placement facility is also proposed in conjunction with increase in directors fees and performance rights..
That being said, my impression of LCM is that they are well managed and undervalued - my initial reasons for choosing to invest in them still hold.
