The AGM for this year should be announced very soon. The past 3 years the AGM has been held during November, the relevant dates 15/11/12, 22/11/11, 30/11/10., in Adelaide.
The remuneration report will need to be approved, I dare say that some directors will be up for re-nomination in the usual rotation format.
I expect there will be some fireworks if nothing good comes out before then.
