This topic is being discussed on the politics forum. Reading that thread made me think of how many times criminal gangs drop rivals in to cops in order to take over their territory.
Given that Newman is proposing to take out an entire criminal/semi criminal class (at great cost to both us and our legal system), and the likelihood of nature ignoring a vacuum = zero, then who are the inheritors of the state's drug trade going to be?
