    That 150K is for working capital to keep MNZ alive, MNZ imo only gets what it puts in and directors say intrinsic value of assets (shell) is $1.4m , if you can convince me on what 8m in assets they are offering in proportion to DealsDirect i will change my views but i dont see it.
