Have you considered the outrage from BKP shareholders if the Board placed shares at a discount to Non Shareholders ?? and did not offer them to existing shareholders.

Have you considered the cost of the Brokerage being paid to NYS and or any other Brokerage firm for the total funds to be raised and not just for the shortfall as the current shareholders would not pay any brokerage and nor would Baraka

Do not participate if you do not want to in the rights issue or sell and move on if you are not happy

Not suggesting constructive criticism is not worthwhile but it should be taken into consideration with other issues as I have outlined in a response to Rob and be fair and balanced
