Then she wants to give herself incentive to get a therapeutics program underway. Then she wants to give herself an incentive for the advangen global business and for more diagnostics licences. Last year she gave herself an incentive in setting up the advangen australia business which she took a 5% stake in and now selling for a tidy profit in less than 1 year of about 10x her investment. These incentives cover virtually the whole business of cellmid. What is her Approx $500k over the past 6 years for? Give the salary all back and you can have your incentives to do the job you are put into a position to do. Sounds like to me that she wants to get paid twice. Just my opinion guys.
